5. Promotional Prepaid Plans (3–6–12 Months)
From time to time, GOEASYBUSINESS LIMITED may offer promotional plans where customers can choose to prepay 3, 6, or 12 months upfront and benefit from a waived setup fee.
By selecting a prepaid promotional plan, the customer agrees that no recruitment (monthly billing setup) will be configured during the prepaid period. This means the customer will not be charged monthly until the prepaid period ends.
30 days before the prepaid period expires, we will automatically transition the customer to a monthly subscription plan, using the same payment method originally used at checkout. If the payment is declined, we will notify the customer by email to update their payment details. Notification may be sent either via our official email or directly through Stripe.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their payment method is active and up to date prior to the end of the prepaid period. Failure to update the payment method in time may result in late fees as outlined in Section 12: Late Payments & Account Suspension of these Terms.
No refunds are issued for prepaid promotional plans. Promotional discounts apply only to the prepaid period selected at the time of purchase.
6. Setup and Timelines
• Customers must submit their setup form within 30 days of payment.
• If setup is delayed beyond 30 days, billing will start automatically and charges will accrue monthly from day 30.

10. Plan Upgrades and Downgrades
Customers may request to upgrade or downgrade their current subscription plan at any time. However, any changes will only take effect from the start of the next billing cycle.
To initiate a plan upgrade or downgrade, the customer must submit a request via our official Customer Support Desk, available on the Contact Page. Once received, we will confirm the request via email.
Before the upgrade or downgrade process begins, the customer must pay an "Upgrade Fee," which equals the first monthly payment of the new plan selected. The time required to complete the website upgrade may vary depending on the current structure and business model of the website. We reserve the right to assess this and provide an estimated delivery timeline in the confirmation email.
The confirmation email will include:
• The upgrade/downgrade summary
• The estimated completion time
• A payment link for the new monthly plan
If the customer does not agree to the terms or new plan cost, they should not proceed with payment and will remain on their existing plan. If no payment is received within 3 days of receiving the email, the request will be automatically canceled, and the customer will continue under their original subscription.
Please note: We do not offer refunds for downgraded plans under any circumstances.

• All plans are subscription-based.
• Billing continues until you cancel.
• Cancellation only via the contact form.
• Confirmation of cancellation is sent within 24 hours.
